Group Discount

Companies registering 3 or more fully paid attendees can receive a group discount of $100 per person starting July 16. To take advantage of this discount, enter the registration code “GROUP” when prompted during registration. All group registrations will be audited prior to the event—if your company does not have at least three fully paid attendees registered, the existing registrants will be charged at the non-discounted registration price.

Complimentary or discounted registrations (such as for CFO Summit attendees) do not count towards achieving the group discount.

Ground Transportation

The MGM Grand is about a 10 minute ride from McCarran International Airport. Taxis are easily accessible outside of the airport baggage claim area and are approximately $15 one-way.

Several companies offer shuttle service to and from McCarran International Airport (approximately $7.00 per person). Signs are posted on the transportation level at the airport outside baggage claim to direct you to the shuttle area. Various companies provide shuttle services to the airport with information available through the hotel concierge.

General Information

The main conference kicks off on Tuesday, October 17 at 5:30pm with the Welcome Reception and ends on Friday, October 20 at 12:00pm.

Pre-conference training courses are available starting on Monday, October 16 at an additional cost. The Partner Summit will kick off on Monday, October 16.

Advantage 2017 will be held at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Learn more about the hotel and ground transportation options.

During the day, temperatures are in the high 60s - low 70s range with temperatures dropping to the low 50s in the evening.

The dress code for Advantage 2017 is business-casual. The meeting space is air conditioned and some evening events may take place outside on hotel grounds, so please plan to dress in layers for greatest comfort.

Yes, attendees can earn CPE credits for attending specific sessions during the conference. CPE credits are provided for all pre-conference training classes, as well as hands-on training classes and lecture style classes on Intacct products during the main conference. Partner Summit, customer panel sessions, and Partner Showcase sessions are not eligible for CPE credits. To obtain CPE credits, attendees must scan their badge upon entering each eligible session and also must complete the conference session surveys. Credit certificates will be emailed 4-6 weeks following the event.

Registration fees are based on the date of your registration.

  • CFO Summit and Full Conference: $899*
  • CFO Summit Only (1-Day Pass): Free*
  • A group discount of $100 per person off the main conference registration fee is available for groups of 3 or more fully paid attendees from the same company starting July 16. Cancellation requests made by September 29 are eligible for a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after September 29 are not eligible for a refund. Registration substitutions can be made without penalty. To make an adjustment to your registration, please send an email to [email protected].

Yes, attendees can bring one (1) guest (age 21 or older) along to evening events by adding an Evening Guest Pass to their registration for $250. Passes can be purchased online or onsite, while supplies last. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be admitted into Advantage or the surrounding events.

The Evening Guest Pass provides your guest with access to the main conference evening events: Welcome Reception (10/17), Marketplace Expo (10/18) and the Conference Party (10/19). Access to breakout sessions, pre-conference training, Partner Summit activities, conference meals/breaks, or general sessions is NOT allowed.
