Intacct’s Year in Review!

2015 has come to a close, and what a busy and exciting year it was for our organization. This time of year always seems to bring about reflection and reminiscence, so we thought it would be fun to look back at some of Intacct’s best highlights from the past twelve months. Take a trip back down memory lane with us!

Intacct Moved Headquarters!
It’s no secret that Intacct has been growing fast! To keep up with this exponential growth, we moved our headquarters to 300 Park Avenue in downtown San Jose.

Intacct Customer Meetups Launched
As part of the Intacct Customer for Life program, Intacct announced the launch of Customer Meetups! Many customers had been asking about the opportunity to meet with fellow Intacct customers in their area—now that opportunity is here! The initial ones in 2015 were a huge success so we’ve expanded our locations for 2016. In Q1 of this year we already have meetups schedule for Dallas, Portland, Los Angles, and Phoenix!

Intacct Introduced Intacct Subscription Billing Built on the Salesforce1 Platform
Intacct launched Intacct Subscription Billing, a complete solution for B2B SaaS companies to automate the critical billing and accounting processes around subscription lifecycle management.

Intacct Announced the Intacct Digital Board Book
Intacct launched the Intacct Digital Board Book, a set of real-time reports, charts, and performance cards that provide accurate metrics and insights essential to successfully growing a SaaS business. This milestone launch marked Intacct as the first and only mid-market cloud ERP system to automate the calculation of operational insights for SaaS companies using real-time transactional data from systems of record, including Salesforce.

We Paid Our Dues to the IRS...But Not Everyone Did
If Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, tax season certainly falls on the opposite end of the spectrum for most. Check out our quiz of 10 of the most ridiculous things individuals and business owners have tried to claim as tax write offs.

Intacct Took a Stand for Equality
With the national discussion and legislation throughout the year around equality, Intacct’s CEO, Rob Reid, felt it was important to share his viewpoint: “At a time when competition for talent is at an all time high, protecting our employees and their families is not only the right thing to do—it’s also good business.”

The Intacct Community Launched
The Community provides a space for you to collaborate with Intacct users. It is a central source of information and we are striving for it to become a center of excellence.

Intacct Sponsored Dreamforce
Intacct was proud to yet again sponsor Dreamforce this past year, and participate in three sessions throughout the week. Intacct and Salesforce have a long-standing relationship, with a large number of our customers using Intacct integrated with Salesforce.

We Introduced the Tech-Savvy CFO
From big data and network effects to the subscription economy and cloud computing, modern finance is undergoing its most fundamental transformation ever. But how does one become a better tech-savvy CFO?

The launch of our new microsite, The Tech-Savvy CFO, is an online resource designed specifically to answer questions and demonstrate how CFOs can use technology to define and create an agile, insightful, future-proof world for finance.

Intacct Advantage 2015 was a Success
Intacct Advantage was a huge success! A highlight was the CFO Summit, where hundreds of CFOs and top finance leaders discussed the key issues facing CFOs today, shared best practices, and learned how Intacct could help.

It was certainly a busy week of announcements as well! Our first announcement was our financial results release, where Intacct announced impressive growth across all sales channels. Additional announcements included: the 2015 recipients of the Intacct Customer Success Awards, a new partnership with ADP, the launch of Intacct dashboard snapshots, the launch of the Intacct Digital Board Book for Fundraising, and Rob also announced Intacct’s new relationship with Pacific Crest Securities.

Intacct was Named the Highest Rated Solution for Business Process Outsourcing by End Users in Accounting Firms
In a new report released by software review site TrustRadius, The Buyer’s Guide to Accounting Firm BPO Software, Intacct was named the highest rated solution for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) features. Intacct was a top rated solution among both smaller and larger CPA firms.

Intacct Executives were Recognized with Consistent Award Wins throughout the Year
Most recently, Marc Linden, was named CFO of the Year in the venture-backed company category by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Intacct Won Lots of Awards!
With the rock star executives here at Intacct, it’s no surprise they led the organization to many award wins throughout the year. Most recently, Intacct was named a silver winner in the Best Place to Work (medium-sized company) category in the in Best in Biz Awards. This award continues a string of accolades for the company in 2015, including:

Intacct CFO Perspectives Survey Shows Financial Executives Prioritizing Tech Investments to Drive Insight
Survey results released by Intacct, reveal CFOs—traditionally the most pragmatic members of the C-Suite—are prioritizing cloud-based investments that will empower them to become more informed, forward-looking strategic advisors.
