Their review platform contains more than 650,000 independent user reviews each month. This highly transparent model brings a much-needed authenticity to B2B buying—ultimately changing the way decisions are made in an even more informed way.

One of the core values at Sage is a focus on customer success, and a large part of that means providing access to verified experiences that our customers have had using our software. In the latest 2019 Spring Grid Reports, G2 Crowd highlighted Sage Business Cloud solutions for customer satisfaction. Sage Intacct and Sage 100cloud were named Leaders in two new G2 Crowd Midmarket Grid Reports focused on ERP Systems and Accounting Software.

Sage Intacct achieved the highest customer satisfaction score amongst all solutions on both reports. These scores were based on verified user reviews on G2 Crowd, and Sage Intacct achieved an impressive overall customer satisfaction score of 98 out of 100, with 90% of users rating the software with 4 or 5 stars (out of 5 possible stars). By comparison, the next closest solution achieved a satisfaction score of 87 and most other solutions scored in the 50-80 range – showcasing the wide gap Sage Intacct has opened in this market. When looking at key satisfaction categories, 95% of Sage Intacct users said the product was going in the right direction and 85% said they were likely to recommend it. Both of those scores topped all other solutions in the Leaders quadrant of the Grid.

Sage Intacct achieved similarly extraordinary results in the Spring 2019 Midmarket Grid Report for Accounting Software with an overall customer satisfaction score of 95 out of 100. In the report, 89% of users rated the software with 4 or 5 stars (out of 5 possible stars), 93% of users said that Sage Intacct is going in the right direction, and 84% are likely to recommend the software to a colleague. These scores were achieved across a total of nearly 400 verified user reviews.
