Derek Taylor has more than 20 years of experience helping companies both large and small develop standards, metrics, packaged services, and on-boarding processes. As VP of Client Services, Derek oversees the company's professional services team, implementation partners, and customer support organization.
Prior to Sage Intacct, Derek spent five years as VP of Customer Operations for Responsys (IPO 2011), a leader in multi-channel digital marketing, managing Technical Services, Customer Support, and Customer Education. While at Responsys, Derek grew Services and Education revenue over 300% and expanded the team from 4 people to over 80.
He has also held senior management positions at Digital Fuel (acquired by VMWARE), Extensity (IPO 2000), and TCSI. Derek began his career in engineering working with Fireman’s Fund and TRW Financial Systems.
Derek holds a computer science degree from Columbia University.
