Derek Taylor has more than 25 years’ experience in implementation, consulting, and business process expertise. As VP of Client Services, Derek is responsible for managing Sage Intacct’s global professional services and systems integration teams, implementation partners, and customer support organization. Derek provides the strategic vision to his direct reports to support the rapid growth of Intacct as well as regularly engaging with Clients and Partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Previously, Derek held leadership positions at Responsys, Digital Fuel, Extensity, and TCSI. Derek earned a degree in Computer Science from Columbia University.
