Businesses Recognize Sage as a Leader in Customer Satisfaction in Latest G2 Crowd Reports

Sage Intacct Achieves Top Customer Satisfaction Rating, Scoring 98 and 95 Out of 100, in New ERP Systems and Accounting Software Midmarket Grid Reports

ATLANTA – April 4, 2019 – Sage (FTSE: SGE), the market leader in cloud business management solutions, today announced that reviewers on G2 Crowd have singled out Sage Business Cloud solutions for customer satisfaction. Sage Intacct and Sage 100cloud were named Leaders in two new G2 Crowd Midmarket Grid Reports focused on ERP Systems and Accounting Software.

Sage Intacct, a solution available in Sage Business Cloud, achieved the highest customer satisfaction score amongst all solutions on both reports. These scores were based on verified user reviews on G2 Crowd, a leading marketplace for business software and services.

In the new Spring 2019 Midmarket Grid Report for ERP Systems, Sage Intacct achieved an impressive overall customer satisfaction score of 98 out of 100, with 90% of users rating the software with 4 or 5 stars (out of 5 possible stars). By comparison, the next closest solution achieved a satisfaction score of 87 and most other solutions scored in the 50-80 range – showcasing the wide gap Sage Intacct has opened in this market. When looking at key satisfaction categories, 95% of Sage Intacct users said the product was going in the right direction and 85% said they were likely to recommend it. Both of those scores topped all other solutions in the Leaders quadrant of the Grid.

Sage Intacct achieved similarly extraordinary results in the Spring 2019 Midmarket Grid Report for Accounting Software with an overall customer satisfaction score of 95 out of 100. In the report, 89% of users rated the software with 4 or 5 stars (out of 5 possible stars), 93% of users said that Sage Intacct is going in the right direction, and 84% are likely to recommend the software to a colleague. These scores were achieved across a total of nearly 400 verified user reviews.

For example, Tyler Shockley, finance director for a chain of athletic clubs in Oregon, posted the following in his G2 Crowd review of Sage Intacct: “This product has changed the way we do business. The report wizard tool is simply unmatched. We can create a report to reveal the information we want to see, when we want to see it. We don't feel constrained or limited especially with the dimensional flexibility. We appreciate the quarterly updates and the investment that Intacct continues to make in making a better product!”

Meanwhile, Jason Guinn, CFO at Clinical Management Concepts, noted in his G2 Crowd review: “Sage Intacct's reliability is fantastic. Extremely flexible configuration allows us to bake our business rules into the ERP and get consistent results. Dashboards give non-finance professionals visual insight into KPIs and company performance. Reports are easily written and optimized for our needs. And Intacct's API allows interactivity with an unlimited number of third-party solution providers that specialize in other business areas and are able to communicate with the ERP. Intacct's implementation and support team is top-notch.”
