SAN JOSE, Calif. – Jan. 23, 2017 – Intacct, the customer satisfaction leader in cloud ERP software, today announced that G2Crowd has named Intacct to its 2017 Best Software for Finance Teams list. Intacct was the top solution in the Accounting Software category for both mid-market and enterprise level finance teams.
Since 2014, G2Crowd has been focused on recognizing the best software products based on independent, voluntary user reviews. This year’s Best Software lists highlight the best software products for business professionals to use in 2017 based on job function and company size.
Products were included in the 2017 Best Software for Finance Teams list based on scores calculated using the G2 Crowd Best Software 2017 algorithm from data collected from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. The algorithm factors in three customer satisfaction metrics: ease of use, quality of support, and the level a product meets set requirements. Keeping ratings unbiased is a top priority for G2Crowd, and only the opinions of real users are factored into the scoring.
