GoGuardian Uses Sage Intacct to Increase Operating Cash Flow by $7 Million

Educational Software Provider Invests in Scalable Growth Strategy and Reduces Close by 80%

Thanks to Sage Intacct, we reduced our monthly close from 31 days to five, while reducing days sales outstanding (DSO) from 59 days to 29 and pulling in an additional seven million dollars in operating cash. These significant improvements allowed the company to invest in headcount for product development, push out fund-raising by eight months, and further develop a reseller channel to reach more schools. As GoGuardian grew to serve more students and educators than ever, their finance team found they could no longer rely on their current solution and a third-party accounting firm to support their rapid growth. GoGuardian brought their accounting solution in house and selected Sage Intacct to streamline financial workflows and enhance real-time visibility into financial and operational metrics.
