SAN JOSE, Calif. – Jan. 28, 2016 – Intacct, a leading provider of best-in-class cloud ERP software, today announced it continues to accelerate its growth rate with impressive results across all sales channels. New bookings for the company’s second fiscal quarter of 2016 (which ended December 31) increased 47% over the same period in the prior year. For the first half of the company’s fiscal year, Intacct delivered an overall increase in new bookings of 45%.
The second quarter was highlighted by strong growth in both new customer bookings and add-on sales to existing customers. The growth in add-on sales is a direct reflection of Intacct’s outstanding customer satisfaction. In the most recent G2 Crowd report on Accounting Software, Intacct was the only mid-market solution to be placed in the Leaders Quadrant and earned the distinction of having the highest customer satisfaction score at 97 – significantly above competing solutions including FinancialForce (65), Sage 100 ERP (48), NetSuite (45), and Microsoft Dynamics GP (14). These results are based entirely on verified customer reviews.
During the quarter, Intacct and its channel partners closed deals with a record number of new customers. Intacct continues to see strong demand from fast-growing companies across a range of vertical markets, including Software/SaaS, Services, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Nonprofit organizations.
Intacct partners continue to play an important role in the company’s growth. In the second quarter, Intacct’s channel partners achieved several milestones, including the largest number of customer deals in a quarter and the largest number of partners closing multiple deals in one quarter.
