SAN JOSE, Calif. – June 17, 2013 – Intacct, a leader in cloud financial management and accounting software, today announced it has once again been named a “Bay Area Top Workplace” for 2013. This distinction was based on an independent survey of employees and presented by the Bay Area News Group, a collective of top newspapers that includes the San Jose Mercury News, Contra Costa Times, and Oakland Tribune.
Intacct was ranked 15th in the Small Business category – those with fewer than 150 local employees – marking the company’s third straight year on this impressive list. This continues an impressive string of awards for the company in recent weeks, including the Red Herring 100, the JMP Securities Hot 100 Software Companies, and the AlwaysOn OnDemand 100 Top Private Companies lists.
"It is truly a pleasure to be a part of such an amazing company where everyone is committed and dedicated to building a company of distinction,” said Robert Reid, CEO of Intacct. “We are honored to be recognized for a third straight year as one of the Top Workplaces in the Bay Area. We have worked really hard to foster a company culture where employees can grow in their career and play an important role in the success of the business. Our consistent and accelerating growth is a direct reflection of the hard work put in by the entire Intacct team.”
The Bay Area Top Workplaces award is based on an independent survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. Employees were asked to rate their satisfaction with several aspects of working at Intacct, including pay and benefits, company direction, management team, career mobility, and workplace conditions. Company rankings were based on a composite score calculated on the basis of employee responses.
