Intacct Earns Top Customer Satisfaction Rating in New Accounting Software Report

Winter 2016 G2 Crowd Grid Report also Names Intacct a Leader in Accounting Software Based on Customer Reviews

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Jan. 11, 2016 – The customers have spoken and, once again, Intacct came out on top. Intacct was named a Leader in the latest Accounting Software Grid™ report from G2 Crowd, a leading business software review platform. Intacct was the only midmarket solution to earn this distinction. The Winter 2016 report, which is based on authenticated user reviews, also named Intacct the overall customer satisfaction leader with a score of 97—easily outpacing the satisfaction scores from solutions including FinancialForce (65), Sage 100 ERP (48), NetSuite (45), and Microsoft Dynamics GP (14).

Intacct’s scores were based on a total of 234 customer reviews—nearly double the next closest competitor—providing a rich data pool. Intacct scored well in all feature categories, including key areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Multi-Entity/Consolidations, Reporting/Analytics, and Platform Performance and Reliability. In addition, 89% of Intacct users rated the product with either 4 or 5 stars and 96% of users believe the product is headed in the right direction.

G2 Crowd’s Winter 2016 Accounting Software Grid report is designed to enable organizations to make the best technology decision by empowering them with unfiltered feedback from other business users. The Grid leverages customer satisfaction data reported by authenticated users along with vendor market presence determined from social and public data. Based on a combination of these scores, each software solution is categorized as a Leader, High Performer, Contender, or Niche.

This recent report is based on more than 650 reviews written by business professionals across all accounting software solutions. Of the roughly 110 products listed in G2 Crowd’s accounting category, the ranked products each received ten or more reviews to qualify for inclusion on the Grid.
