Intacct Named a Leader in Latest G2 Crowd Accounting Software Report

Intacct Also Achieves Highest Overall Customer Satisfaction Based on User Community Reviews

SAN JOSE, Calif. – May 19, 2015 – Intacct, a leading provider of best-in-class cloud ERP software, today announced it has been named a Leader in the latest Grid℠ Report for Accounting Software, published today by business software review site G2 Crowd. Intacct also received the highest customer satisfaction score of all reviewed solutions. The report is available now at https://www.g2crowd.com/categories/accounting/research.

The report, which is based on more than 425 reviews written by business and finance professionals, ranks 9 products to help purchasers in their software selection process. The Grid, which is created from G2 Crowd’s software review platform, factors in customer satisfaction reported by users and vendor market presence determined from social and public data to rank products.

Intacct was the clear customer satisfaction leader in the report, receiving a customer satisfaction score of 95. That score well outpaced the satisfaction scores of the other mid-market solutions in the report, including NetSuite ERP at 50, FinancialForce at 45, Sage 100 ERP at 44, and Microsoft Dynamics GP at 17. Even accounting software solutions for very small businesses, including QuickBooks Online (9) and QuickBooks Desktop (82), FreshBooks (83), and Xero (85), scored less than Intacct’s comprehensive midmarket ERP software.

Based on the user reviews, 94% of Intacct customers said the product is going in the right direction, 83% said it meets all their requirements, and 83% were likely to recommend Intacct – all of these scores were at or near the top for vendors in the Leaders quadrant. Across all accounting systems, reviewers reported the product they use meets their requirements at an average rate of 79%, and on average 75% of reviewers said they were likely to recommend the product they use.

Hunter Johnson, director of Operations at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church, noted in his G2 Crowd review of Intacct: “The [Intacct] platform is very flexible, saves considerable personnel time to manage, and allows for far greater transparency than our previous system.
