Company Recognized for Compensation, Employee Retention, and Outstanding Company Performance
SAN JOSE, Calif. – October 19, 2015 – Intacct, a leading provider of best-in-class cloud ERP software, today announced that it has once again been named to the list of the San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2015. Released annually, the list honors organizations that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, and implement creative compensation programs.
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For is a program of the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) that enables organizations to showcase their best practices and demonstrate why they are an ideal place for employees to work. NABR conducts surveys with employees across the country to evaluate companies, their work environments, and how they contribute to their local community.
“We are honored to recognize the efforts of this year’s 'Best and Brightest' companies. These companies have created impressive organizational value and business results through their policies and Best Practices in human resource management,” said Jennifer Kluge, NABR president.
“Intacct has been built on the tenet that our organization’s success is tied to the development and satisfaction of our employees. Ensuring that each Intacct employee has the tools and resources they need to succeed, and receives recognition for these achievements, is one of our top priorities. We know if we have employees empowered to achieve success, it will support our overarching goal of superb customer satisfaction,” said Robert Reid, CEO of Intacct. “We are honored to be named to the San Francisco Bay Area Best and Brightest Company to Work For list for the second year in a row.”
Each company’s entry was evaluated based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.
Winners will be recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the symposium and awards gala on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco.
