SAN JOSE, CA. – Dec. 4, 2014 – Intacct, a leader in cloud financial management and accounting software, today announced it was selected for the 2014 San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® list. This prestigious list identifies and honors organizations throughout the regions that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For is a program of the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) that provides the business community with the opportunity to gain recognition, showcase their best practices, and demonstrate why they are an ideal place for employees to work. NABR conducts surveys with employees across the country to evaluate companies, their work environments, and how they contribute to the wider community.
To make the list, an independent research firm evaluated Intacct based on key measures in various categories: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance. In addition, employees completed an engagement survey that polls all staff on company policies, culture, and practices.
