Intacct Named One of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the San Francisco Bay Area
Company Recognized for Exceptional Employee Retention, Compensation, and Overall Performance
SAN JOSE, CA. – Dec. 4, 2014 – Intacct, a leader in cloud financial management and accounting software, today announced it was selected for the 2014 San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® list. This prestigious list identifies and honors organizations throughout the regions that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For is a program of the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) that provides the business community with the opportunity to gain recognition, showcase their best practices, and demonstrate why they are an ideal place for employees to work. NABR conducts surveys with employees across the country to evaluate companies, their work environments, and how they contribute to the wider community.
To make the list, an independent research firm evaluated Intacct based on key measures in various categories: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance. In addition, employees completed an engagement survey that polls all staff on company policies, culture, and practices.
“Intacct is committed to providing an exceptional work atmosphere and hiring innovative, creative people to the team,” said Robert Reid, CEO of Intacct. “The company’s greatest asset is our employees and we are proud to be acknowledged for making Intacct a great place to work. We look forward to continuing to invest in finding the best and brightest to join Intacct as the organization grows.”
“Profitability and stability is essential for businesses in today’s economic climate. Companies that recognize that their employees are the key to their success achieve staying power. Our 2014 winners create their human resource standards to ensure employee satisfaction and they set standards for every business to aspire toward,” said Jennifer Kluge, NABR president. “We are proud to honor this year’s winners.”
Intacct has been honored on numerous occasions throughout the past year with workplace awards. It was recently awarded The Bay Area News Group’s Top Workplaces for 2014 for the 4th consecutive year, as well as the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area for 2014 by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
The San Francisco Bay Area Best and Brightest Company to Work For® winners will be recognized at an awards breakfast on December 9th in San Jose. At that event, NABR will also announce their selections for “Best of the Best Overall” elite awards in the small, medium, and large business categories.
