Intacct Named One of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the United States

Company Recognized for Compensation, Employee Retention, and Outstanding Company Performance

Profitability and stability is essential for businesses in today’s economic climate. Companies that recognize that their employees are the key to their success achieve staying power.

SAN JOSE, Calif. – January 12, 2017 – Intacct, the customer satisfaction leader in cloud ERP software, today announced that it has once again been named a Best and Brightest company to Work for in the Nation. Released annually, the list honors organizations that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, and implement creative compensation programs.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For is a program of the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) that enables organizations to showcase their best practices and demonstrate why they are an ideal place for employees to work. NABR conducts surveys with employees across the country to evaluate companies, their work environments, and how they contribute to their local community.

Additionally, the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.

In September of 2016, Intacct was also recognized for its efforts in the local San Francisco Bay Area Best and Brightest Companies listing. This marked the third straight year making that prestigious list.

“Profitability and stability is essential for businesses in today’s economic climate. Companies that recognize that their employees are the key to their success achieve staying power. Our 2016 winners create their human resource standards to ensure employee satisfaction and they set standards for every business to aspire toward,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR. “We are proud to honor this year’s national winners.”

The companies that have been selected to be recognized nationally as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For® will be featured in the January 12th online edition of Corp! Magazine. The winning companies will also receive additional recognition as a national winner at a Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® awards symposium and gala.
