Intacct Named to San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For List for Third Consecutive Year

SAN JOSE, Calif. – September 29, 2016 – Intacct, a leading provider of best-in-class cloud ERP software, today announced that it has been named to the San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For list for the third consecutive year.

Released annually, the list honors Bay Area companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs, and more. Additionally, the winning companies practice innovative strategies and represent best practices from industries as diverse as energy, medical, financial services, and nonprofit.

An independent research firm evaluated each company’s entry, based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

The 2016 winners will be recognized by National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® symposium and awards gala on Thursday, November 9, 2016 at Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco. Winning companies also vie for three “Best of the Best Overall” elite awards in the small, medium, and large business categories. The elite award winners will also be announced during the awards ceremony.
