Sage Executive Honored with Glassdoor Employees Choice Award for Creating Exceptional Workplace
Sage Intacct Managing Director and EVP, Rob Reid, Named Top Rated Executive with 98 Percent Approval Rating Amongst Employees
ATLANTA – Aug. 3, 2018 – Sage (FTSE: SGE), the market leader in cloud business management solutions, today announced that Robert Reid, Managing Director and EVP of Sage Intacct, has won a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award honoring the Top CEOs in 2018 in the U.S. Reid was CEO of Intacct prior to its acquisition by Sage in August of last year.
Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites, released its annual report recognizing the Top CEOs, which highlights top leaders that employees love working for at Small & Medium Companies in the U.S. Among the 770,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor, the average CEO approval rating is 69 percent. Comparatively, Reid’s approval rating is among the highest at 98 percent.
“Winning a Glassdoor Top CEO award is a true acknowledgement of exceptional leadership, as it reflects the opinions of the employees who work with a chief executive every day. I congratulate all of this year’s winners on this significant achievement,” said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor co-founder and CEO. “It can be a real recruiting advantage to have a top-rated CEO at the helm of a company who has strong support from his or her employees. The best CEOs are inspiring, trustworthy, innovative and can be great motivators for people to bring their best selves to work.”
This is Reid’s second time making this prestigious list, which is compiled each year based only on employee reviews submitted or updated during the past 12 months. Among top company executives recognized by employees in the U.S., Reid received an impressive approval rating based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews that Sage Intacct employees shared on Glassdoor.
“My goal in my position at Sage Intacct remains the same. I look forward to driving explosive growth, maintaining a customer-centric focus, and providing our users with the best available solutions on the market,” said Reid. “It’s a great pleasure to also foster a culture that works collaboratively, values creativity, encourages curiosity, and rewards those who strive for excellence – all while providing a customer-centric approach that delivers high levels of customer satisfaction.”
When employees submit reviews about their company on Glassdoor, they are asked to rate various factors about their employment experience, including their overall satisfaction and other workplace attributes like senior management.
