Sage Intacct Once Again Achieves Highest Customer Satisfaction Score with 98 Out of 100 Rating on G2 Crowd
New Grid Report from Leading Business Software Review Platform Reaffirms Sage Intacct as a Leader in Accounting Software
SAN JOSE, Calif. – Nov. 15, 2017 – Building customers for life is at the core of the customer-centric approach at Sage Intacct, the innovation and customer satisfaction leader in cloud financial management software. This was on display again in the recently released Fall 2017 G2 Crowd Accounting Software Grid® report, where Sage Intacct was placed in the Leaders quadrant and achieved the top customer satisfaction score. The report is based on more than 2,215 reviews written by business professionals on G2 Crowd, a leading business software review platform.
Sage Intacct received a customer satisfaction score of 98 (out of 100 possible) based on more than 375 verified Sage Intacct customer reviews. Key satisfaction areas highlighted in the report include: quality of customer support, ease of use, ease of administration, ease of doing business with, ease of setup, and how well the solution meets customer needs. Sage Intacct scored above average in all six categories, including outscoring Oracle NetSuite and FinancialForce in each of those areas. When users were asked if the Sage Intacct product was going in the right direction, 94% said yes – also the highest score of all solutions included in the report.
