In addition, Sage Intacct also received four Vendor Capability Awards, the most out of any solution, including Ease of Data Integration, Quality of Features, Ease of Implementation, and Vendor Support.
Sage X3 also earned a spot in the coveted Leaders quadrant, with a composite score of 7.7 and 81% likeliness to recommend. The composite satisfaction scores are based on the average of four different areas of evaluation: Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features, and Likeliness to Recommend. The Net Emotional Footprint score measures users’ emotional response ratings to vendors, including trustworthiness, respectfulness, and fairness.
The SoftwareReviews awards recognize outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace based 100% from user reviews. Placing vendors in four quadrants, Leaders, Service Stars, Product Innovators, and Challengers, the evaluation and rankings are based on feedback from IT and business professionals.
