When and where is Transform 2021?
The in-person event kicks off on Tuesday, November 9 with the Welcome Reception and ends on Friday, November 12 at 12:30pm PT. Pre-conference training courses (available for an additional cost) are available starting on Monday, November 8. Click here to see the high-level agenda.
Who should attend?
Sage Transform is designed for our Sage Intacct and Sage Intacct Budgeting and Planning customer and partner communities looking to:
- maximize your use of our products
- gain greater industry insights
- connect with your peers, industry or product experts
- learn about solutions to expand your use of our platform
What about international attendees?
As in the past, Sage Transform is open to all customers and partners not just those in the US. However, the restrictions and guidelines regarding international travel are regularly changing, so please be aware of your resident nation’s re-entry restrictions as well as the United States’ visa, vaccination, or negative COVID-19 test requirements for initial entry. Sage is not responsible for any quarantine lodging, testing fees, vaccination fees, or other considerations that may be necessary for you to join us on site in Las Vegas.
Will content be available on-demand after the conference if I can't attend the event?
For those that are not able to attend Transform 2021 either in person or virtually during the conference dates, you will have the option to register for on-demand access to the session recordings post-event.
Can I get CPE credits for attending sessions at Transform?
Yes, attendees can earn CPE credits for attending specific in-person and virtual sessions during the conference. CPE credits are provided for all pre-conference training classes, as well as hands-on training classes and lecture-style classes on Sage products during the main conference. Customer panel sessions, Sponsor Showcase sessions, and sessions viewed on-demand are not eligible for CPE credits. CPE certificates will be emailed approximately 4-6 weeks following the event.
To obtain CPE credits, in-person attendees must scan their badge upon entering each eligible session and also must complete the conference session surveys.
To obtain CPE credits for virtual sessions, attendees must attend each eligible session during its scheduled time, attend the session in its entirety and complete the conference session survey.
Who do I contact to find out about sponsorship opportunities for Transform 2021?

Is there a co-located Partner Town Hall this year?
Yes! The Partner Town Hall is a half day program that will take place on Tuesday, November 9th. Partner Town Hall is open to all current Sage partners and is included in your main conference registration fee for Transform 2021. Check out the Partner Town Hall page for more details.

Do you offer group passes for Transform 2021?
Yes, group discounts are available if you are interested in purchasing 3+ tickets! Pricing depends upon when you purchase your group tickets and how many tickets you purchase. In order to receive the group discount, you must purchase all passes at once. Please note that group purchases are final. No refunds or changes (either to the number of tickets or the type of ticket) will be allowed.

How do group passes work?
Upon completion of purchase, a registration code is generated that everyone will use when registering. The purchaser can send an email directly from the registration system with an invitation to register. Alternatively, they can email the registration code directly to those that will be registering for a pass.
What is included in the registration fees?
Your Las Vegas conference fee includes:
- All keynotes, breakout sessions, product roadmap sessions and hands-on-labs
- "Ask the Experts" 1:1 meeting access
- Ability to earn CPE credits
- Breakfasts on November 10-12; lunches on November 10-11
- Morning and afternoon break refreshments on November 10-12
- Welcome Reception on the evening of November 9
- Expo Happy Hour on the evening of November 10
- Conference Party on the evening of November 11
- Access to the virtual platform until February 1, 2022
Your Virtual conference fee includes:
- Live streamed keynote sessions
- Select breakout sessions live streamed, majority of other sessions will be available ondemand after the event
- Ability to earn CPE credits (for select live streamed sessions attended during scheduled time)
- Ability to network with other attendees
- Access to the virtual platform until February 1, 2022
What is the guest policy?
Guest passes are available for purchase for those registered to attend the conference in Las Vegas. One (1) guest pass is allowed per registrant as an add-on to registration, which allows your guest entry to the Welcome Reception, Expo Happy Hour and the Conference Party for $199. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
What are the substitution and cancellation policies?
Cancellation requests made by October 25, 2021 are eligible for a full refund, less a $100 processing fee.
In-person conference pass holders may request to switch to a virtual pass by October 25, 2021, without penalty. Attendees will be charged the price of the virtual pass and refunded the remaining balance.
Cancellation or pass type switching requests received after October 25, 2021 are not eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
If the in-person event in Las Vegas is cancelled due to Covid-19, Sage will switch all in-person conference pass holders to a virtual pass and refund the remaining balance.
Registration substitutions from the same company can be made without penalty prior to the start of the event (November 8, 2021). Transferring registration to an individual outside your company is not permitted.
Group pass purchases are final upon purchase. No pass changes or cancellations/refunds will be permitted after purchase.
How do I update my personal information?
You can change your information in the “My Profile” section of your attendee portal. You can login to your portal by entering the username and password you created during registration.
How do I add a registration code after I registered?
To apply a registration code to your account after you've already registered, please email [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist you.
How can I sign up for pre-conference training if I'm already signed up for the conference?
Log into your Attendee Portal where you can click on the “Add Order” link within the "My Orders" section of the page.
Can I get a receipt for my registration?
Upon completing the online registration process, you will be sent a confirmation email with invoice and payment receipt attached. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you don't see an email in your inbox.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, you can print your invoice by logging into your Attendee Portal with the credentials you created during registration. In the “My Order” section, click on the green arrow to download your invoice.

Transform 2021 Las Vegas
What safety measures is Sage taking to ensure Transform 2021 will be a safe program?
We consider the health and safety of our onsite attendees as our number one priority. Our health and safety protocols will continue to evolve as the conference approaches. View our Health & Safety page for more details.
How do I book my hotel room and what are the room rates available for Transform attendees?
Sage has secured a discounted room block at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas during the conference dates of $245 per night (not including the Clark County Room Tax of 13.35% and a daily resort fee of $25).

With the exception of children 12 and under staying with an adult, an additional charge of $50.00 per night will be assessed for each guest over and above two (2) per hotel suite.
What is included in the resort fee?
The $25.00 per night resort fee includes unlimited local and toll free calls, in-suite internet access (Wifi or Ethernet), a complimentary daily newspaper, boarding pass printing, and daily access for two adults to the fitness facility within the Canyon Ranch SpaClub®.
When will I be able to sign up for sessions?
We will open session registration closer to the event. You will receive an email from the Transform team letting you know when it's time to build your agenda.
Will there be high-speed Internet access?
High-speed Internet access is available in guest rooms and throughout the meeting space.
Do you provide transportation between the airport and the Venetian Resort?
We do not provide transportation to or from McCarran International Airport or the Venetian Resort. Taxis are easily accessible outside of the airport baggage claim area and the Venetian Hotel and are approximately $22-$27 one way. UberX and Lyft rides are also available and cost approximately $22-$27 each way.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process.
What is the weather like in Las Vegas?
During the day, temperatures will be in the low 70’s to high 60’s, and will drop to the high 40’s in the evening. Find more information on average temperatures in Las Vegas in November.
What is the dress code for Transform 2021?
The dress code for Transform 2021 is business casual. The meeting space is very large and air conditioned, so please wear comfortable shoes and plan to dress in layers for greatest comfort.

Will the offerings be the same for the Transform Las Vegas and the Transform Virtual programs?
Will any of the conference sessions be live-streamed or be accessible through video recordings?
The main conference keynotes and select breakout sessions will be live streamed through the Transform virtual platform. The majority of other breakout sessions will be available to watch on-demand after the conference ends.
Will live sessions be repeated for different time zones?
Sessions will be streamed live from our Las Vegas event. For those that are not able to attend during that time, session recordings will be available on-demand after the conference ends.
How long will I have access to the Transform virtual platform?
Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to the Transform platform until February 1, 2022.
