Your safety is our priority

Sage considers the health and safety of our onsite attendees as our number one priority. Our health and safety protocols will continue to evolve as the conference approaches. We are continuously monitoring the CDC and local Las Vegas protocols and guidelines to ensure we gather in the safest way possible and promote wellness at the event. Check back here for updates!

Some examples of protocols being considered for the conference include:

  • Health Screenings and Precautions Health Screenings and Precautions:
    • Provide proof of vaccination OR
    • If you are unable to prove a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event, Transform will require attendees to take a COVID-19 test onsite to allow entry
    • Not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19
    • Completing the daily health screening questionnaire during the event
  • Masks Masks:
    • Reusable masks will be provided by Sage at registration
    • You may also bring your own mask
    • Per current CDC and Las Vegas guidelines, all individuals are required to wear face masks while in indoor public spaces, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
  • Hand Sanitizer Hand Sanitizer:
    • Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the meeting space.
  • In partnership with the Venetian Las Vegas In partnership with the Venetian Las Vegas:
    • Responsible food & beverage service, distanced seating options and barriers when appropriate.
    • Area-specific cleaning guidelines and protocols for public spaces including restrooms, escalator rails, meeting rooms, and exhibit halls that meet or exceed local requirements.
    • The Venetian has adjusted their air conditioning systems to operate at maximum ventilation and maximum exhaust to improve ambient air quality. This means they have increased the flow of outdoor air into the building, while lessening the amount of air that is recirculated.

  • Attendee Distancing Key Practiced Attendee Distancing Key Practiced (indicated by lanyard color)
    • Green – I’m OK with hugs and high fives.
    • Yellow – I’m OK with talking but not touching.
    • Red – Hello! I am keeping my distance.
  • Health-and-wellness beneficial conduct By attending Transform 2021 in person, you agree to abide by and engage in the health and safety requirements while attending the event.
